Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep our fees competitive for the quality of materials and care we provide to our patients and as such do not build missed appointment costs into our fees. We feel this would be unfair on those patients who attend their appointments to have to pay for those who do not. Obviously with an unattended appointment we still have to pay staff.
We would therefore like to make you aware of the recent changes to the above:
No Charge - We ask that you give us 2 working days’ notice prior to your appointment that you wish to cancel.
Charge of 50% of the hourly rate - This will be applied should you cancel less than 2 days prior to your appointment.
Charge of 100% of the hourly rate - This will be applied for non-attendance with no notice
